In addition, East China, thanks to numbers of enterprises, sales revenue and asset size, occupies a considerable share with a high market concentration rate.
The growth of fixed asset investment in major downstream industries such as the automobile industry and other machinery- brought by the rapid economic development- has increased domestic market demand for rubber and plastic seals and has provided a huge market space for this industry. Moreover, the entrance of many transnational companies through joint ventures and cooperation has led to intensified competition in the Chinese market.
The good news is that in the future, the industry will still benefit from government attention and support. With the enhanced technology of China's rubber and plastic seal manufacturing industry, the transfer of the world's processing and manufacturing industry to China and the role of price leverage, the rubber and plastic seals exported by China have been improved in recent years, and some high-tech ones have entered the market. This situation has brought great development opportunities to domestic rubber and plastic seal manufacturers.
