So how does the hydraulic pump seal work?

The main component of the hydraulic pump seal (shown in Figure 1) is that the plunger 3 is installed in the pump body 4 to form a sealing volume. Spring 5 makes one end of the plunger close to the outer cylinder surface of the eccentric wheel 2. when the confidence wheel rotates under the original motive, the plunger moves up and down in the pump. When the eccentric wheel is shifted from a large direction to a small position (shown in Figure 1), the plunger moves down quickly under the action of the spring force, increasing the volume of the pump oil cavity, in the formation of vacuum, this is the oil absorption process of the hydraulic pump seal.

When the eccentric wheel is turned from small to large in the direction of the diameter (shown in Figure 1), the eccentric wheel pushes the plunger to move upwards, so that the oil in the oil cavity of the pump body is squeezed and the pressure increases, the check valve 7 is closed and pressed out by the check valve 6. this is the oil pressing process of the hydraulic pump seal. The eccentric wheel rotates continuously under the drive of the original motive. the above oil absorption and oil pressing process cycle, and the energy conversion of the mechanical energy input from the original motive into the pressure energy of the oil is realized.
